So what makes us different than those Predators? I was asked that, when it comes to our work for on camera work for promotion of the club. First, we never , ever accept anyone under the age of 21 years old, never , ever. Second , our operations never involve porn, although there are some that might consider it bordering porn. Third, I never ever allow any of our staff to get personally involved with a female talent, unless I and the club damn well know the person. When we advertise and recruit talent for our visual promotion gigs, we first go to area talent agencies. Second, if no agency exists we do open calls at the office, where there is at least a female or two production assistant or associate present. Next I am never completely alone with a talent. The only exception to this was both Ellie May, and Emme. That was only because I trusted explicitly both of them. You never know what can happen, and thus I remove myself from the possible blame.
Unfortunately, Idaho and our rural area, does not have the abundance of talent agencies. It was not always that way however. But lessons learned, has matured our recruiting operations. But, never , ever do we recruit anyone under age, without a portfolio, and never ever meet in private. Its not proper and its not ethical.
