One Less thing to worry about , still the mouthpiece

Finally, Christmas for another year is over. Many gifts although I saw few were exchanged. According to many surveys, this year was better for retailers. Of course our group met, in Utah , a getaway I was glad to attend, and while many gave me condolences I am not a bit upset , in fact relieved that the monkey of the club is not so much on my back, allowing me to focus on getting my own operation in order. The club has needed new blood and new thinking in the leadership department for quite a few years, and I think it has just that.

With all that said , I retain the responsibility of reporting the news of our club to you and all through this blog as well as on the air as well as our printed version of AyreTymez that is part of the Hazzard County Tymez.

Having no more model talent searches , no more excessive duty assignments, hell I did get a Gift after all. As I did at the meeting following the party Saturday night, since 1975 I have been busting my butt for the club. When the AyreWolvez was born in 1999 I helped breathe life into its lungs, but just as a child, you give it birth, you nurture it, educate it, then at the right time you give the child wings(really) to soar and hope that what you taught the child sunk in, and you also , pray it does better than you thought it would.

I do think , that the club respecting the thoughts of many, decided to retain a small finger in Idaho, through what is called B-Flyte, but the main HQ being in Utah, where resources that will feed the club the needed nutrients it needs to gain strength, and all is also one of those things that will make the AyreWolvez equal , if not exceed current standings, but also to exceed its sibling , the Knytes-of-Anarchy.

It was much warmer here in Buhl , once I got home , saw sunshine, and dry streets and roads. The streets and roads in Utah at least metro Utah where we were , was slick, and an inversion was constant throughout the weekend.

I ate like a stuffed hogg, this past weekend, so its get to the gym, and put in some serious PT, to shed some pounds.

From the Wolf’s Lair

The local phone company here, says ride the light, or experience faster internet speed and better bandwidth. Bullshit!! SAMCRO MCC spends $108.00 a month on telecommunication products, including Internet link up. We were promised a much faster connection and rapid load up and uplink speed. Sure the thing works a bit better overnight when most people are dead in bed and the pipeline is a little less clogged, but hell we run a radio station here , and an Internet radio station as well , and what we are paying for certainly ain’t what we are getting. Shit the damn thing is only slightly faster than dial up. Sure it’s not cable TV/Broadband but if your promised quick you should get quick, not slightly faster than a turtle.

It ain’t that good, but its what I got so have to just be patient I guess. I will say that Cable – One with all it’s faults, and they have many, was much better on Internet speed and all, but not by much. It’s hard to ride the light , when the damn thing still runs over copper wire. In the not too distant past, we had service in Burley, where there is an option of Project Mutual Phone Company. Here’ s the real difference, PMT is a locally owned utility co-op, with substantially less population base, yet the whole area, all the way to Malta, which has 125 people in it, Both Cassia, and Minidoka Counties have a total population of 50,000 and yet the entire area is fiber optic complete.

Wonder why we as both a organization and me as a business are looking to that area as a area HQ?

I’d just like to once get what SAMCRO is paying for.

AYREWOLF SKUTTLEBUTT

I had a bunch of things , I wanted to write for the last two days, but my get up and go kinda got up and went. More on me l8r.

It’s official, the holiday TV ratings war is nearly over, as TV , overnight is becoming again its, normal bland offerings. If your not into infomercials , been watching , the E, channel. Caught one on there called Bridalplasty. I have to wonder about this, since, if the husbands of these brides, is attracted to the gal the way she is already, why the hell change it? I am thinking the fallout of the Writers strike of a few years ago still is not yet over and that TV revenues are bleak at best, so why spend bucks on new series’ or productions, just more reality TV , where the participants become the show , without if any scripts?

Speaking of the E, channel , that Chelsea Lately show. I still say her intro sounds like some guy who introduces dancers at bikini bars, Maybe Miss Lately worked at one once.

I will be glad to see the holidays go bye-bye, then the usual TV schedules will go back to normal. The worst of the networks that can’t seem to tell time is ; CMT. Don’t get me wrong here, I’m very greatful that CMT is re-running the Dukes, but nothing on CMT is running at  a regular scheduled time.

Caught Manswers on Spike the other night, the new episodes are worth watching.

 

The group met last night , and thrust me into a bunch of deep thought, as a new Executive Commander was elected. Edward Stott of Tooele Utah will now be the EXCO , however I will command B-flyte as Executive Officer, but the group , due to me snubbing my feet on many things over the last year , now has someone new to lead. No big , as perhaps there is a need for fresh blood in the command HQ.

AyreWolf FM/KDXB is still on the top of the list of projects to be completed in 2011, although there is still some question as to who will run it in Buhl, since, I’m purtty much decided on heading east of here by the end of next year.

At last nights meeting several things got put out, that is good and bad. At least bad for some, but a relief to others. First; the club has said no more talent searches at least in Idaho, and not for some time in the future. As there is nothing really big to promote, and with the infinite number of stuff on the Internet, to draw from to put on the bodies of aircraft as far as nose and such art, why bother?

Second ; the annual AyreWolvez/AyreShow for 2011 is on track, but location is really in the air. Most likely , to be held at the Tooele County Airport. Happens in October, 2011, physical dates to be reported later in the year.

Cyber Space soon to be a toll road

The golden era of mostly free Internet browzing and 411 will soon , if not already become a pay per view situation. Yesterday the FCC, (Federal Communications Commission ) Turned over the reins and will be regulating Internet traffic. Removing much of the price increases that Internet services providers and content developers rely on to introduce new things and improve Internet projects. Likewise Microsoft, announced this week , that a new feature of IE-8 and SP 3 for Windows 7 , will include an option to make it where such outfits such as Google amongst others can’t follow your travels on cyber space. Many of these companies offset the costs of services, such as Google’s G-Mail, Blogger etc, along with MSN’s HotMail, rely on the ability to mine user names etc to sell to companies, to enable them to offer you things, albeit by spam mail, but while I agree that some privacy issues rear their smugly heads here , if Google etc can’t make money off of mining and selling useful 411 to potential advertisers, then even such free operations like FaceBook, Twitter and others will have to charge YOU, money to use what has become so far free .

While part of this , is another attempt at revenuers diving into the big Brother spying on you, in the disguise of home land security, more over its to make damn sure you Can’t say squat about the goings on in the corrupted Government that is of the Yankee operated power game being played in Washington DC. And you thought you were going to be able to keep flying cyber space free of charge huh? Over the years, many free services that were offered at the Internets inception are being charged for, as well as being killed. MSN offered free blog and storage space on its Win.Live program. MSN/Microsoft sold that off to an associated firm several years ago. Many had to move entire information sites to other locations, from Blogger to Webs.com and others, such as Ning, that recently began charging for its services. Yahoo.com in restructuring its debt load , killed off much of its free offerings, such as free classified listings for SMB’s to find employees. Sure if you own plastic , you can still post notices, but even that is handed off to such major firms as Monster.com no longer free. Yahoo’s free blog etc is no longer available. Many of the user created sites that were also part of a ad supported program is no longer available. And now another blow to free cyber-space, and the Web, will it ever stop? To me there a great Chiasm between, making a living, and pure greed. Our leaders in Washington DC, are plum full of greed, not just greedy for money, but greedy, for Power. To create a One World Government with Obamabeenlyintoya in charge. Its called the acts of Progressives. Not Progressive, but Progressives. There is a difference. Just listen to and tune into Glenn Beck on the FNC. Even Glenn , who I had the pleasing ability to work with , when Glenn was just a radio personality on KCPX FM 105.7 in SLC Utah, will not acknowledge the CSA, nor the UCSA. While WDXB and KDXB(our station here in Idaho) will continue to make public our thoughts and deliver the news of the Modern Confederacy, still we think this over reach by the Feds, that even, the FCC Chairman voted against, into cyber space regulation is going to have far outreaching consequences than you can possibly imagine. It’s time for an overhaul on a long outdated FCC, and that overhaul will only happen with the rise of Dixie and the United Confederate States Of America, we urge you as not only a Confederate, but even an American concerned with the fall of the Union , to support us. It’s no wonder the economy is in trouble

I made a phone call earlier today, concerning gaining exposure for AyreWolfFM. But as usual, I got voice mail. While I fully understand that there are many reasons that our domestic economy is failing, I think too, it must have something to do with the factors that way too many have relegated to the thought holding pattern , of; I don’t give a shit, and thus quit trying. More over it seems if you call anyone, most times your sent to voice mail. How the hell does anyone expect to generate income if your never there to take the phone call. There is a major difference in the owner of the company or establishment and those that act either in that persons place, or act as a manager. In that you manage the firm for the owner. The great chasm between the two, is the owner started with an idea, broke sweat, cried tears, spent many nights up planning on how to grow a company and the manager that tries to carry out the orders of the owner, but whose only real stake in the company is getting a pay check. As long as they get paid, they think, okay.

Of all the great industrial nations on Planet earth, the most lazy, and the one that finds more ways to get out of working and enriching the enterprise for the greater good, is AMERICA. Yes our U.S.-of-A, states. Notice that I did not say The United Confederate States-of-America. The UCSA is industrious, ambitious and never resting. I don’t find many who are true Confederates that are not living on the edge, and if your not living on the edge your taking up way too much space.

But again if your doors are locked or you limit your in office hours, if your phone calls are always answered by someone else, and not you, the chances of YOU generating income is also limited and then it’ll be YOU that blames the Government. Speaking of Government, while I’m not all happy about having a black dude in the White-House , but Obamabeenlyin is only one of the many crooks involved. Between the House and Senate plus all the lobbyists and all the tragedy is, that there is truth , there is a way out , but the local and national mainstream press feel the need to stay blind and ignore the UCSA and what we can deliver for a very messed up nation an union. I have said this before, many feel the need to defuse and call me and the Knytes, including the AyreWolvez everything from frauds to worse. That said we set about to create the only western voice of the United Confederate States of America. KDXB , which stands for Dixie Broadcasting, signs on the air February 28th 2011. But we truly need your help in this effort, we have purty much spent our wad for the building, now we need public, and club member donations for operations. Is Awesomer even a word?

Have you caught the new TV Ad for Rhapsody music service yet. In a way its purtty clever, its kind of spicy without being so spicy as to relegate the ad to more open minded time periods. My only complaint is the choice of verbalization of spoken copy. While I will not say that I haven’t reworked words for ads, blogs and so on, but Awesomer? Come on, how about more awesome, or similar? In the rush to get things in front of the consumer to make money, way too many ad producers rush and make rather stale to say the least ads. None of what I have seen so far, will make the Cleo awards, kinda the Oscars for TV ads.

Of course in today’s economy building a choice TV ad, can cost big bucks not too mention time, and ya’ll know there is not an abundance of either. But I do tip my hat to local KTVB/. They created a promo spot for their new app service for the news, with some hottie scanning a smart-phone. The little sexy giggle at the end ain’t bad, and I’d love to know, hell we could cast her for a promo ad for AyreWolfFM , speaking of that. Been doing some snooping to find out who the hot red head on Zales Jewelry ads is. The Oh my Gosh girl, ya know. Which brings me to the final here for this entry.

With KDXB within days of firing, and AyreWolf FM going not only local, but being syndicated nationally, both OTA as well as online etc, the plan is to build up a fyre to get those who don’t know, to tune in. This is going to be one helluva promo project at least as helluva project as we can afford right now. Some heavy weights in the aviation as well as specialty automotive business are already booking ad time. We have reached the threshold, now just need to carry AyreWolf Fm over the threshold into the bedroom as it were.

But again , I need to ask is awesomer a word? Hey Rhapsody, have your copy writer learn grammar and spelling will ya’ll?
